The person responsible for organizing conferences, along with his colleagues, it is in constant communication with the Commission, ’ the preparation in order to inform about the progress of the work, to propose and implement additional needs that may arise. The Secretariat is active in the areas that will undertake, always with the support and agreement of the Commission.  Here is a description of services by the management of the Secretariat. Technological Support audiovisual Office host views that our company has experienced technicians, managers and receive and sort slides of speakers view them through a projector, but also use video projector and a PC to work on a PowerPoint presentation.

The room will have a full microphone system.

Installation of two video panels rear projection and double back from the panel of speakers.

The secretariat will be equipped with laptop computers to satisfy the needs and to better serve the delegates.

The technical team will attend continuously in the Chamber for the proper functioning of audiovisual, lighting installations and microphones.

Press Office experienced journalist on Assignment in the Organization of the press to a predetermined time and place.

Photographic Coverage

Complete photographic coverage from experienced professional photographer and photo orderable by all concerned. Pan-Hellenic Congress of the National Committee on Sport

On 23 and 24 April 2007, will take place at the hotel Divani Caravel (Chamber of Macedonia), the Pan-Hellenic Congress of the National Committee on sport and the Olympic Education School. The congress  under the auspices of the Ministry of national education and religious affairs. Participation in the Congress is free for teachers of physical education and Olympic Education and upon completion of its work will be distributed diplomas of participation.
